Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "KVK Law"), we would like to inform you, our valued users, that as data subjects you have certain rights, and to explain how you can exercise them.
Your Right to Apply
You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your data has been transferred; request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVK Law; request that such actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred; object to any outcome adverse to you that arises from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing of your data.

Application Form and Required Information
Your application must include the following information:
- Your full name and signature (for written applications),
- Your Turkish national ID number, or for foreign nationals, your nationality, passport number or ID number (if any),
- Your residential or business address for official notifications,
- Your email address, telephone and fax number for correspondence,
- The subject of your request.
You should also attach any information and documents relevant to your request.
Application Process
In accordance with Article 13 of the KVK Law, your application will be answered within 30 days at the latest from the date it reaches us. No fee is charged for the first 10 pages; however, a processing fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged for each page beyond 10.
